How it works

As per Silver, plus:
1. You download Dropbox www.dropbox.com
2. You open a folder and share with me. I can do this for you but its your data you're sharing with me.
3. I'll add folders within it. 1. Full set of IRSE logbook pages in Word. 2. Ongoing online logbook. Contains scanned copies of your latest completed sheets. Ongoing logbook pages for completion going forward. 3. File for copies of cards and certification, scanned and uploaded. 4. Evidence folder: Folder to upload your evidence to for logbook reviews and Licence applications.
When you reply to your monthly emails/text, let me know what you've added to your dropbox. From there, I can update Training Record sheets from certs etc. and witness status sheet from your Work Experience.
When the sheets are completed, I'll email /text you to let you know they are complete. You can then print off and get them verified, scan and put back into dropbox, ready for your logbook review.
You'll have your own online logbook.
